Born in 1998 in Fairfax, Virginia, video game composer and sound designer WMII began composing music at the age of 18 after a long history of being a musician himself. Influenced by sound designers and composers like Mike Niederquell, Austin Wintory, and Martin O’Donnell, he began to study digital synthesis and orchestration, building a specialty in his craft of electronic instrumentation.
