Sapiens by Wilds Forlorn

Inspired by the book of the same name, by Yuval Noah Harari, this album tells the story of humankind from the perspective of a cynical pessimist. For the first time since the inception of Wilds Forlorn, the lyrics are all in Dutch.

Wilds Forlorn is an utterence of loss, grief, frustration, anger, and world-weariness. Founded in 2008, originally, the music consisted entirely of piano works, but the project eventually took a different turn.
