The year was 2020. The world had woken up in the worst possible way to a scenario that, although not unprecedented, had awakened us to a long-forgotten and underestimated reality: that of the risk posed by a pandemic.

This album compiles a set of small musical experiments produced over the last year and a half, thus expressing much of the mood present at the time, some of which inspired me during the multiple lockdowns.
Incorporated in these tracks are also a few binaural field recordings from the city of Lisbon (including the Monsanto Forest Park), both before and during the pandemic.

Corria o ano de 2020. O mundo acordara da pior forma para um cenário que, embora não sem precedentes, nos despertara para uma muito esquecida e subestimada realidade: a do risco apresentado por uma pandemia.

O presente álbum compila um conjunto de pequenas experiências musicais desenvolvidas ao longo do último ano e meio, registando assim muito do ambiente que presenciei, que me serviu de inspiração durante o dever geral de recolhimento.
Incorporo ainda nestas faixas, como complemento, o áudio de diversas gravações binaurais decorridas na cidade de Lisboa (incluindo o Parque Florestal do Monsanto), tanto antes como durante a pandemia.

He likes experimenting with downtempo, trip hop, dub, illbient and hip hop, drawing greatly from an eclectic influence of other music genres as diverse as ambient & dark ambient, world music and industrial, to name a few.
