Oorlab by The Oxford Ambient Collective (TOAC)
Oorlab is a set of improvised piano works played on a few pianos I have access to...Wolvercote Village Hall...Methodist Church in Kidlington and pianos dotted round Oxford Brookes University where I work.
I have played these pieces when no one is around..partly out of shyness and wanting solitude but also down to the limited access that I have to these pianos....I just adore playing them...even though I can't really play,
If you listen to the whole set then there is a theme to the pieces.......

As my artist name suggest I mostly compose tunes that have an ambient edge. My main passion is creating soundscapes, be they soft drifting drones/piano pieces or more abstract and dark pieces. I mainly compose using apps on my IPad but also make use of synths in my collection such as the Neutron and Crave synths by Behringer.
I am always happy to collaborate with others.
