Rehearsals by Pigeon Band

"Rehearsals" is a 9-track collection of songs starring five city pigeons that play the keyboards on a Toronto kitchen window sill. Songs feature audio recordings of the pigeons, their clicks and coos and calls, percussive feet, flappy wings, and of course, their synth keyboard compositions. These recordings were remixed by friends of the Pigeon Band, a star-studded lineup of award-winning musicians, artists, and wonderful weirdos. The album debuted at the 27th Annual Reel Asian International Film Festival in November 2023. Produced by Emmie Tsumura. Mastered by Julia Fenn.
