Two Sides by Debbie Miller
'Two Sides' captures the breadth of Debbie Miller’s songwriting abilities from the hilarious to the heartbreaking. Side one features ‘Queen of Hearts,’ a humorous track and crowd favorite that was recently featured on the PBS’ documentary series The Great American Read. Side two features ‘Persepolis Song,’ (inspired by the graphic novel Persepolis by Marjane Satrapi) is a heart-wrenching take on finding beauty in the face of terror. The song features a string arrangement by Alex Guy (Led to Sea, Sera Cahoone, Laura Veirs).
