- The character in this song was named after a manager of ours whom we both agreed would benefit from anger management

- The song was heavily influenced by Rammstein's "Links 234, specifically the "2 3 4" chant during the chorus

- Initially, the song was going to be titled "Relax 234" but we couldn't decide on how the numbers should appear. Writing this was hard enough.

- The sketch was supposed to end with a dream sequence but this idea was reused in "Incognito" as the recordings were lost to Mr. Gates

- The idea of Firing shotguns at the clouds came from a Simpsons meme of old man yells at cloud
