Living Memory by Tapepusher
Living Memory is a album of 10 analog-inspired tracks, with a recurring theme of finding beauty in derelict worlds. There’s a duality of raw hard-hitting beats infused with colourful musicality. It flows between upbeat and euphoric to dark and moody.
It will be unveiled one track at a time. For now you'll only see the tracks I've made public so far, however, the whole 10 track album can be purchased at any time. The journey begins with the release of the opening track, “Ignition” which sets the tone for the sonic voyage ahead.
It presents a juxtaposition between the crude and the glorious, with influences from the underground garage and progressive house genres. Stark monotonal rhythms seamlessly turn musically multidimensional, bringing new life into remnants of the past.
