In the summer, I would pass by a basin of water and bury my hand in it, the tension between it and my skin, the buoyancy of my sinking hand, the flow of the zebra stripes below the surface of the water, all of them vividly visible, and best of all was the curvature of not knowing whether it was my own or belonged to the water I felt when I lowered my whole arm down, and the elusiveness of the trajectory and time spent in the water, and the pleasure of it, which is impossible to share, are all memories from a time when I didn't even know the title of music yet.
