Social Engineering by Starbender
This is a political concept album about the corrupt media, crooked politicians, the effects of War, how the billionaire class essentially controls everything...but the underlying message is a call for us to find our common humanity amongst our brothers & sisters to overcome this corrupt system we all live in. There's a range of musical influences here, everything from Oasis to Muse to Smashing Pumpkins & Nirvana (If the 90's brit rock scene converged with Alternative Grunge, I assume it'd sound something similar to this). I wanted to create an emotional roller coaster with this album...Something that was heartfelt and sincere, but at the same time something that felt big, anthemic and full of raw energy.
