Distance by SPYf5
Distance is a twelve track album that takes you on a sonic journey through a variety of electronic styles. Energetic songs are balanced by an equal number of more relaxed and reflective tracks. Lush textures contrast gritty bass while crisp synths and a kalimba dance over top.
This is the first SPYf5 release to be completely composed of real instruments (trumpet, kalimba, electric guitar) and hardware synths, including true analog synths like the wonderful Dreadbox Nyx that is featured extensively throughout the album.
