Mermaid from Nexus by Spiral Guru
I have always had a great desire to write about the mermaid and the relationship between man and his unconscious. On one side, a beautiful and seductive aspect; on the other, a devouring force capable of drowning him. When I watched the movie The Lighthouse by Robert Eggers, I came across one of the best representations of this image and then decided to write about man succumbing to the unconscious.
