SPECTRAL GATES is a Sydney/Eora-based multi-instrumental duo. Their debut album, released in March 2020, was the product of a single improvised session, and traced a line from noisy post-rock to energetic, dubby electro.
Previous singles 's9c28', 'system16', 'moontruck' and had extensive airplay on Spotify and Sydney independent radio.
Their new album, 'Warning' (out 26/7/24), is a vortex of paranoid disco and warehouse electrorock. The record follows a creative freeze for the band unblocked by the idea that we *absolutely should be doing something exactly right now* but have *no idea what*.
