In SONUS EORUM, which started as a noise music studio project in Berlin 2020, Mathieu Sylvestre live- records, loops and transforms Leander Reininghaus' rerouted live sounds and samples, which are used as a source of objective material in order to create a geometric response to the sound flow of the loops.

Mathieu Sylvestre is a French noise musician who works with loopers, instruments and field recordings.
Leander Reininghaus is a German musician and livelooping instrumentalist.

This is SONUS EORUM's first official album release of a studio recording which took place on December 3, 2021 at Studio Fehrenberg in Berlin. Seven sessions were recorded, three of them are made public today. More will follow later this year.

Special thanks go to Frédéric Krauke who created the visual framework of the album. The drawing from which the coverart was derived was created during the recording sessions alongside four others. These drawings, either in original black on white or reversed, will be made available as prints and T-shirts in the future.
