We komplete thee year with our third full release from raxil4, thee London-based multi disciplinary Sound Artist, specialising in analogue elektronik droneskapes, akoustik audio phenomenon and installation.

From thee Artist:
"The ascent is a tape based drone made from 4 channels of manipulated sound sources recorded individually directly to tape on a Tascam 424 four track recorder, recorded at the highest speed, then played back at the slowest speed.

The sound sources include an original Nintendo Gameboy DMC, Tapeloops, Radios and a variety of Synths powered by a random Midi generator, all ran through several effects."
