(43) Miniatures: Lap Steel Guitar Fx
A prisoner paints a landscape on the wall of his cell showing a miniature train entering a tunnel. When his jailers come to get him, he asks them to wait a moment and allow him to verify something in his picture. He then makes himself very tiny, enters into the picture and climbs into the little train, which starts moving and disappears into the darkness of the tunnel. For a few seconds longer, a bit of flaky smoke can be seen coming out of the round hole. Then this smoke blows away, and with it the picture, and with the picture, the prisoner. - paraphrasing Gaston Bachelard
