Inés Terra voice

"regougar" is an entirely vocal album which combines freely improvised pieces with composed pieces, some fed by the relationship between voice and technology.

"regougar" is to make an animal sound and to let your voice out:
scream like the fox, grunt like the skunk, sing like certain birds; sketch words.

Inés Terra is a singer and improviser born in Argentina and based in São Paulo, Brazil. Experienced with Latin American song, jazz and free improvisation, Inés is currently researching the voice in connection with multiple resonances and noises of the body. Makes video performances, audio-visual work, and soundtracks for dance and theatre. Inés created and curates the vocal performance series @lingua_fora_ and the vocal improvisation course Sculpting the Voice. Releases include the audiovisual album "Ruminar" (Leviatã Publishing) with Iago Mati, and "Teia" (RKZ Records) with Julia Teles, among others.
