Xenolith by Compound Bunker

Recorded over two years ago and originally intended for a label that has since gone dormant, the seemingly cursed XENOLITH session is released at last.

These recordings expand on the concept of the previously released track "Drilling a Tunnel to Heaven" and foreshadow the events of the cassette release "Sublevel" on Trust Collective.

This 24 minute session depicts the brutal and chaotic descent of a subterranean drilling vessel. A holy pilgrimage to the center of the earth. Lurching ever closer the the asthenosphere, the Xenolith obliterates the layers of earth that dwell in wait. Only those with an unflinching and perhaps stubborn faith in the mission at hand will make it to the core with their sanity and souls intact.
