Unrehearsed and improvised in one take, Pineapple City is an hour-long sonic collage performed by experimental duo Parhelion, joined by Claude Ferguson. Its fifteen movements, played attacca with no breaks, journey through a vast spectrum of moods and textures inspired by free jazz, Latin, funk, minimal, and drone.
