Oksel Dief is the home recording work of Matthew McDonough (Chuck Skullz). Started in 2018 out of the usual boredom and an incessant inner monologue about the comings & goings of a post-2016 world. The product of a carrousel of contributors and inspirations, songs run the gamut from rant-style character presentations/assassinations, to Krautrock style repetition, to bedroom recording aesthetics walking the fine line of 90’s nostalgia. It is a spicy meatball. Enjoy responsibly.
