Noah B. Harley scribbles largely heartfelt and slightly sinister songs out of an old (former) chicken farm in the Hudson Valley.
His work mines the rich veins of the spaghetti western soundtrack, Scotch-Irish ballad, American primitive tradition and Weimar cabaret to frighten and inspire everyone he has the good fortune to encounter.
