RAGE - EP by Monstress
This is the debut EP from the emerging Sydney band Monstress.
Monstress is a vibrant and stunningly confident all female quartet who bring something different and unique to the table. Led by Sarah Homeh, her sultry voice accompanied by a driving rhythm section and a sexy saxophone, will throw you back in your seats, or forwards towards the dance floor.
Their music is a unique blend of RnB, jazz, funk, neo soul, and spoken word. Their influences include Esperanza Spalding, Robert Glasper, H.E.R, Erykah Badu, Meshell Ndegeocell, and many, many, more.
With Monstress all having a tertiary background in jazz performance, they invite you to check out the undeniably diverse style an all female group of their calibre can achieve.

Monstress is an all female band (accident surprisingly) based in Sydney. The band members include; Sarah Homeh on lead vocals and bass, Jade Slater on keys, Abby Constable on drums, and Jenna Lewis on saxophone.
Lyrics are written by Sarah Homeh.
The EP was recorded at Nut and Butter Studio by Michael Wheatley, who also recorded and mixed the tracks.
