Songs 1-4 released 1997 as "untitled" 7"/CD EP on Middle Class Pig Records. Songs 5-8 self released as "Confused" demo cassette in 1997. Song 9 released on "The South on Fire" CD compilation, recorded live in Herrenberg at Southside Rebuilding Festival, 1998.

Minds of Confusion were a young hardcore band that existed from 1997 to 1999, played shows around the South of Germany, among others with Refused and Ink&Dagger, and recorded a demo and an EP for Middle Class Pig Records. In 1999 the band morphed into Tidal.
