#16BarsForBreonna by Devine Carama and Luvjonez

ABOUT THE ALBUM
This free compilation of songs contains highlights of my contribution to the 50 day long social media driven, social justice campaign titled #16BarsForBreonna, started by my fellow Kentucky-born emcee Devine Carama. While other producers were involved in the 50 day project, I produced 28 original beats (Tracks 1-14, and tracks 29-42) for the project and decided to put all of those tracks into one compilation exclusively.

Creating this project helps mark the year 2020 for me and a time in my life when I was able to use my music and creative skills to help fight systemic racism and partner with a like-minded artist to raise awareness for a tragic event, the killing of Breonna Taylor in Louisville, KY, that we both care about. These songs previously only existed on Instagram video clips, to allow for easy sharing, tagging of artists and activists, and public commenting for an ongoing case of injustice in our home state of Kentucky. --- Luvjonez
