The Truth by LUIN

I grew up in the church and absorbed a lot of self loathing ideas from the way the modern Christian church twists scriptures. It was 2015 when I initially realized I was probably trans and I seriously felt so goddamn bad about I wanted to die. I threw myself into a new relationship to prove I could be a good, upright MAN man, and silently struggled with accepting myself until 2018 when I finally accepted The Truth.

L U I N is the PNW-based electronic music project of transgender producer, singer and songwriter Luin Loeffelbein. Luin sings about the joys and heartbreaks of her trans experience, of existential dread and the horrors of the modern world with a distinctive futurepop sound influenced by her bizarre childhood music taste and her newfound love for darkwave and industrial music.
