Waves by Low Altitude
Written and recorded throughout 2021, Waves takes the listener on an undulating coastal journey inspired by time spent on, in and around seas and oceans. Over 11 tracks, mixing drones and ambient washes of synths with field recordings taken throughout 2021 in Suffolk, Sussex, Kent, Devon, Anglesey and Yorkshire,
Waves evokes a sense of summertime and freedom against a backdrop of uncertainty and lockdown.

Hailing from Belfast, raised in Manchester, and currently residing in the serene Welsh countryside, Low Altitude's musical journey spans over three decades. He has released music in various styles under different names and on labels such as Mailbox Records, Criminal Communications, Skinny Dog Records, and Supermarket Records, as well as collaborating on several multimedia arts projects.
