# MOSSBRINGER

We crafted *Mossbringer* during the long silverroot moonphases, recording beneath the canopies where sunlight filters through like ancient memories. This journey began when Elindra, our harpist, dreamed of a young healer leaving the safety of our meadows to venture where the borderlands blur and old songs start to unravel.

From gentle whispers to soaring harmonies, we've woven our Eiralinth heritage through every note – the tension between preservation and wild growth that shapes our days. You'll hear it in the water-harps that ripple through "Veilbinder's Lilt" and feel it in the thunderous gathering rhythms of "Songforge."

We recorded most tracks at dawn when the dew still clung to the mosses. Naeril insisted we capture the birds' natural rhythms for "Newleaf Oath," so we spent three mornings waiting until the woodland sparrows joined our melody. The willowroot percussion you hear in "Silverroot Crossing" was actually played on bridges spanning the bottomless wilds – terrifying but worth every trembling moment!

This album follows a soul's transformation from innocent oath-taker to wisdom-bearer. When you listen to "Lattice of Breath," you're hearing the actual moment when Thaeril collapsed after eighteen attempts at the perfect handclap pattern. We kept that vulnerability in the final mix.

Unlike our previous work, *Mossbringer* embraces both Verdant brightness and Veilbinder shadow – the duality that keeps our world in balance. We've infused ethereal vocals with earthy percussion, letting organic sounds mingle with our crystalline harmonies.

The final track, "Lumen Seed," came to us during last summer's moss-gathering ceremony. When you reach it, listen for the barely audible whisper beneath the falsetto – a secret blessing we've hidden for those patient enough to find it.

*Mossbringer* is our offering to those caught between worlds, those seeking both belonging and transformation. We've poured our essence into these songs – our joys, our fears, our hope that even as things change, beauty endures.
