This is a compilation of songs that didn't make the cut. Outtakes and leftovers if you will. Some of them were incomplete with only the music written and recorded. While others were completed songs that almost made the album cut but were left out at the eleventh hour.

So in theory, they are a disparate bunch. But in hindsight, as they are grouped together this way, they actually make for an interesting listen. They represent what I DIDN'T want you to hear.

During the culling process, I tend to drop songs that I felt were too catchy or banal. Or maybe I was embarrassed about the way it was performed or the tempo was too draggy. Or maybe they were a bit too derivative. There could have been a multitude of reasons.

Time has definitely eroded those feelings away. What's left is an appreciation of what they are now. What's left is the need to acknowledge them before I let them go.

As far as I can remember, these songs came from these album periods:

1* - Be Still, The Mountain (2020)
3*, 4*, 6*, 10* - Sand (2021)
8, 9 - Nightingale (2022)
2, 5, 7 - Voyager (2023)
11, 12 - Chimera (2024)

*For the songs that existed as instrumentals, I took the liberty to complete them, after the fact, specially for this release.
