Karl by Les Comptes de Korsakoff

LCDK is a musical avant-gardist trio from the North Alps. They play a combination of rock noise and art music.

Influenced by Oxbow, Primus or Tom Waits, the band is formed by a lead singer-bass player, a cellist and a drum player.

LCDK takes us to a dark, violent and enchanting world : the chaotic story of Karl, the story of a man suffering from Korsakoff syndrome.
Suffering from a neurological disorder linked to alcohol abuse and severe malnutrition, Karl doesn't remember anything from his past, and start to imagine things that never happened in reality. The songwriting recorded and played on stage are bits and pieces from his life.
