Touch Test is the new project from Jesse Kapp, formerly of the LA-based group The Mental Arts Exploitation Center (exploitingmentalarts.bandcamp.com). Having left the project after a nasty fallout and relocating from Los Angeles to Eugene, Oregon, Touch Test is a transitional set of songs. While slowly putting together a basement studio, Jesse started building tracks with synthesizers, guitar, oboe, saxophone, drums, voice, and field recordings. Touch Test, his debut release, represents an intense period of transition and experimentation.
