Ems from Bär by Johanna Burnheart
My song “Ems” is about personal growth, but most specifically about that point where you find yourself blocked by your own feeling of powerlessness even though you have all the tools to help yourself. At the end it’s down to us to change our patterns as no one can do that for us.
