The News from Signaling by Jeff Stadelman
Jeff Stadelman grew up in rural Wisconsin. He earned music degrees from the University of Wisconsin Madison, and Harvard; and taught for 23 years at the University at Buffalo. Amidst a career of composing mainly for traditional orchestral instruments, he recently began re-exploring electronic synthesis, adapting small hardware devices to create haunting loops and uncanny beats.
