Flow from SYNCH by Jeannie Novak

Original solo piano improvisation performed live by Jeannie Novak at Bakery Sound + Vision (North Hollywood, CA) and engineered by Stacy Carson. The constant "flow" of the music works well with the film, which primarily takes place in a factory setting. The persistent beauty of the music is interspersed with moments of strength -- as if a bold statement is being made about the intellect and physical prowess of these factory workers, many of which have long since been replaced by automation.

Jeannie taught herself to read music and play the piano at age five. She started performing professionally and composing original music by age 12. Jeannie is also a game developer, author and photographer.
