Oscillator by James McLean
Oscillator is a suite of music for solo drumset, developed and recorded in 2017. While split into four tracks, this music is intended to be heard as one continuous work.
The music continues many of the concepts from my debut release "Counter Clockwork", exploring the application of movement to the drumset as a process for generating and manipulating ideas in both composition and improvisation.
