Seeds by Hannah Siglin

"Seeds" is the coming-of-age product of Hannah Siglin's last four years. This record remembers a broken heart, a departure from the religion of her youth, six months living in Spain, and the growing pains of early adulthood. Hannah gathered some of her best friends and drove to rural Maine for 4 days of recording in a repurposed barn. They all tracked together in the live room day and night, with very little overdubbing, lending an organic sound to Hannah's acoustic and exposed musical style. "Seeds" is a blend of beautifully crafted lyric poetry and poignant delivery of the way things are--set over incredible musicianship and carried by Siglin's ethereal vocals.
