Bugs Forever by Gumshoes
The end is nigh. Isn't it always? The bombs fell, or the ice melted, or somebody opened a forbidden seal. One of those I think. Well, what does it matter. The last of the last breaths are mere fumes now. There's a maggot in every heart, a worm in every skull, and ants running convoys in each artery. Time's true love is decay, and decay is bug country. They will inherit the earth. Bugs Forever.
Unbearably whimsical on paper (though hopefully bearable in practice), Bugs Forever covers the end of all things from the insect point of view. Each song follows a different bug, and their varying feelings and perspectives on doomsday. What does it mean to be a witness to the end? How does one stare certain doom in the face? Is there any comfort to be found in a post-human world? Dread has never been catchier!

This is another chamber pop project made in my bedroom on my good health days. Getting more of them lately! Oh, and if anybody knows a production/mixing genius who works pro-bono, send me an email. Or hell, I could just use advice from someone competent. I'm dying out here.
I will aim to follow this up at the start of next year, as is routine. New year is Gumshoes season. LP5 will be about the party on the other side of the wall.
