mt. emotion from grapefruit meditation by maví lou

when i wrote mt. emotion, i was getting this recurrent dream in which i was struggling to keep my eyes open (even though it'd seem pretty normal to have your eyes closed if you're sleeping ha!)
it was kind of like that dream where you are trying to talk/scream and no sound comes out of your mouth...
it got me thinking and it became pretty clear to me that i was unable to face my fears, to look them in the eye.
this is a song about wanting to face the future head-on, while trying to navigate the peaks and valleys of my own emotional landscape ; a reminder that when you need to let it all out and have a good cry, the sun is always on its way back to you. (unless you're in Tromsø, Mourmansk or Svalbard in the winter i guess)
