The mysterious Woon Gumpus - a place where folk have been lead astray by pixies and sprites. Odd energies abound as do the bouzouki, soprano sax, clarinet, guitar and drum here accompanied by moorland Stonechats.

Early solo releases (Backyard Assembly and Articulos) stem from free improvisation with the Tyneside New Music Group. Middle period (Islands, Macawcus & Ravenstone) combine sounds from the natural world with acoustic compositions. The 2000's went Latin playing cuatro with the bands Rumba Diabla and Quijada. Mingalar Ba Bus moves back towards jazz.
