Name Simplex Motive has been roaming through some releases for quite some time, just giving us a glimpse of his production occasionally In the form of remixes and singles. Not known to many, Simplex Motive is Igor Gonya's side project, which serves as a vessel for his creative expression to explore the territories of Deep House.
'Clouding Of Concessions' is the first capital EP as Simplex Motive, which we present with pleasure as the 15th release on FRI.
The opening track 'Clouding Of Concessions' defines the sound that the Simplex Motive project stands for. Hypnotic grooves, liquid scapes carried on tight drum and baseline foundations and arrangements imbued with awkward dialogues on breakdowns
For the right contrast, collaborations on the track 'Let Us Tell You' with Dobro Label head Iner and the track 'Tell Ya' with vocalist Charlie Sputnik showcase a brighter shade of the EP's while keeping the characteristic sound of the Simplex Motive project.
