In Space by Frankly Lost
Frankly Lost has come a long way to get to this album, and oh how wonderful it is to have arrived. The once lone singer/songwriter has been growing a motley crew of misfits now for a while now, and it’s time to let these long time friends and passionate musicians shine.
The Frankly Lost sound is now fuller, stronger, faster, and bolder (or whatever it is Daft Punk said) with a mess of drums, horns, yells and noise. Despite the changes the words are written with the same heart they always have been, but now instead of one or two hearts beating out the songs it’s five. Hopefully you’ll listen along and your heart will beat with ours, too.

Frankly Lost is a long-fallen god of Mischief who once fronted a band of misfits making highly energetic and earnest DIY music that feels somewhere between fringey singer-songwriter Art and ska-punk. Following in the tradition of American Folk music, their works are musically and lyrically simple, charged with emotion, and inspired by acts such as Erik Petersen’s Mischief Brew and Frank Turner.
