The Yellow by Flammeus
Flammeus collaborated with a band consisting of Guðjón Andri Jónsson (keyboard), Hafsteinn Davíðsson (drums) and Jóhannes Stefánsson (electric guitar), as well as sound engineer and producer Sigfús Jónsson to record and publish his first solo album, “The Yellow,” which came out on the 4th of July in 2019. Four singles were released ahead of the album; “Jenny”, ”It”, ”Deep down Inside/When”, and “The Road Goes On”. The album’s release concert was held at Græni Hatturinn in Akureyri, with the company simultaneously releasing the album on CD.

Flammeus is a new age art-rock and pop-rock songwriter from Iceland (real name Tumi Hrannar Pálmason). He is a singer and multi-instrumentalist, and has featured on The Voice Iceland and won an individual award for his bass playing in Músíktilraunir 2019 (acclaimed Icelandic battle of the bands). He's based in Germany where he's finalizing a BA degree in Jazz Performance on the electric bass.
