On a sunny Memorial Day in 2023 Robby Pedersen became locked in a low-lit studio room for 14 hours at Quiet Please Recording at the hands of Studio Owner John Metzler with little more than a guitar, a Neumann U87 and a Space Echo to keep him sustained, nearly against both of their wills. Robby escaped with 8.5 songs, lost his NFL scholarship and was left destitute in the months following only to resurface briefly in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn when he was detained during a highly-publicized Sting-Operation-Situational-Comedy (ห"StingOpSitCom")
involving dog food.
This is the true story of those recordings.
