Echoes of Galaxie 500, The Clientele, and Nick Cave can be heard throughout the album which help create a dreamy yet aggressive soundscape to get lost in. Tracks like “Peach Dreams” and “The Great Unknown” are ethereal titans that demand your attention for their duration through a hypnotic trance across an acid-washed rainbow. Others like “Make Do With The Dark” and “Push” are post-punk assaults that propel a gargantuan punch in contrast to the somber parts of the record.
