Day Trips by Endurance

Joshua Stefane hails from Ontario, Canada, and is now based in Nara, Japan, working as a bioethics researcher and language translator. In addition to co-curating the excellent Muzan Editions cassette imprint, he has spent years creating pensive and textured ambient music as Endurance.

On "Day Trips", Joshua layers steady, sedate drones with fizzing textures and gently chiming synthesizers to create a pleasingly languid sonic environment, taking the listener on a soothing voyage without ever leaving home.
