long doctor grin
sedated the facts
that I'm strapped to my seat
with no way back
the white foam flows
from my neighbor's mouth
and the microscope that magnified
his big red eye
his long wax finger
pressed into my lips
"sleep," he said
"I'm going to begin"
my arms volt out
from the leather straps
the lights shut off
and so did my hands


he shouted the vowels
but the words didn't escape me
he covered my mouth
he silenced my screams
the first pinch was sharp
and then it was soft
as the black spider juice
swims into my arms
my blood shot upward
and clogged in my neck
I bit him by the collar
pulled him close to me
I will never be
the same way again
but I just whispered
