The spangled dome my guide

Tossing the fight
Hobbling time
Gobbling light
Pardoning crimes
Fondling slime
Star-crossed and resigned,
and the cost is the mind
I'm lost, and it's fine
Fostering vines to the top of the climb
Hopping a flight
Disrupting the line
I cut all my ties
I suck up my pride
