All that remains in the Sahara are memories that hurt the soul, memories of our people who are no longer there.
The people have fled the enemies to the cities, and the men look at their sisters in suffering and abandonment. They live surrounded by suffering and especially by hatred.

Dag Tenere ("desert's children") is a band of Tuareg artists from Niger, Mali and Burkina Faso, whose music, a worthy heir to the "assouf" or "desert blues" style, transports us to a musical universe where the tradition of Tamasheq sounds intermingle with the rock and blues of Tuareg guitars to produce a rhythmic melody that makes us dream of a peaceful life in the heart of the desert.
