Be Human by Composey

Thank you for supporting this wild and beautiful project, “Be Human.” As a cancer survivor and mom of a pandemic baby (born April, 2020), life drastically changed with the 2020 CoVid pandemic. What followed was a year off of teaching to explore forests with my three children and express myself through music. I was encouraged to share my music, first at virtual open-mic nights, then through Twitch, finally resulting in the funding of this album. Long-time friend and musician Elinor joined in the spirit, and we fell upon Mik and Minnehaha Recording Company in a perfect match. Greg has added so much life with his expert drumming skills and Zach dropped some fabulous trumpet from afar. Thank you to the community who believed in my thoughts, my tunes and my mission: to create a safe space for all to feel heard and welcomed! Love, Liz (Composey)
