Recorded at the Greenhouse in the office, living room, and my bedroom, as well as somewhere in Australia, during Fall-ish 2021, except "Lies By Musicians" which was recorded in February 2022.

Samples in "I Went to a My Bloody Valentine Gig And All I Got Was Permanent Hearing Damage" from Mean Girls and some Mario game I don't know I just googled "Mario woohoo sound".
