TWENTYFIVE FORTYFIVE by Capital Models

In 1979/80, the original Capital Models wrote and recorded 26 songs - and also played two covers, "Let's Spend the Night Together" and "Substitute" (which was never recorded).

In 2014, the 11th (!!) line up of the band was getting set to play songs from the original canon, live, for the first time since 1980 but those plans were shelved on the tragic death of Jamie Frain.

Now, 11 years on from there, the current line up (the 21st!) has commenced rehearsing 10 of those songs (11 if you count "Let's Spend...") and, on this recording, you can hear the band playing them for only the second time.

It kind of still rocks...
